Join Jade Wavamunno for the second in this series of masterclasses, "Heart of Hearts", where you'll venture into the heart chakra.

Through guided meditations, heart-opening exercises, and insightful discussions you'll have the opportunity to discover the significance of this chakra as the bridge between the upper and lower chakras as well as being the centre of love, compassion and emotional balance. You will be able to try out practical techniques to help you not only connect to this centre but to also deepen your relationship with yourself and others, with plenty of tips and tricks to nourish and take care of this amazing chakra along the way.

Fabulous couple of hours class with lots of (in Jade's words) "meaty" content.
